When it comes to the Psalms, people either love them or hate them! Psalms is very unique. These spiritual journals were written by men and women who had great walks with the Lord, and they teach us that we can completely open our hearts to God. The majority were written by King David throughout the ups and downs of his life. This series takes some of the Psalms that are most applicable to all Christians, and helps us during our own spiritual journey.
Psalm 15 gives us some great tips in our quest to become righteous and upright in the eyes of God and others. The short passage reminds us about the importance of speaking truth, controlling our tongue, and keeping our commitments. It also discusses helping the disadvantaged.
