Message Message 5: Do Things Go Better With Prayer?
Sermon Series Faith and Prayer
Scripture 1 Samuel 4:1-22
Date February 27-28, 2010
Teaching Pastor Pastor Chris Brown

Pastor Chris continues the Faith & Prayer series with a closer look at prayer, teaching out of 1 Samuel 4:1-22. Most people think prayer means telling God we need help, telling him what to do, and believing he’ll answer. This just leads to frustration, bitterness and resentment toward God! Chris shares three main things the Bible actually says about prayer. We should be praying for direction, not trying to direct God.
